After my initial conversation with Rachel, we felt like we struck gold. She completely understood what we were hoping to do and crafted a proposal that featured food we loved, was creative, and totally in line with our budget. She offered fantastic advice and expertise to help guide our decision making. We were looking for someone to run the whole show on the wedding day and Rachel & team did just that. The food was outstanding - fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and delicious. Our friends and family couldn't stop talking about how blown away they were and that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Rachel also provided day-of coordination, managed all the rentals, set-up/clean-up, and flow of the event. She made it possible for us to totally relax and enjoy every minute of the day.
