My 3 year old sons first 3 lessons, he was screaming in her ear the whole time, crying for daddy! I visited a few other offices before landing in Dr. Hand's office, and I wasn't impressed. Not much time spent with the doctor, and forced to sit in a room with a woman who tried to talk me into procedures I didn't want. Not good. I finally got in touch with Dr. Hand at a friend's recommendation, and I'm super glad I did. Dr. Hand was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Plus I'm super squeamish and he was very patient with me.
