“We have been going to the Cave with our kids for 8 years now, starting with Coach Amanda when my oldest was 1.5 years old! In additional to running a stellar gymnastics program for kids, the coaches and staff at the Cave are incredibly friendly and kind. Coach Amanda has coached our daughter on and off for almost 8 years and we couldn't be happier with the role has she played for her as a gymnast and athlete. I really do believe that it is thanks to Coach Amanda that our daughter has been inspired to join the gymnastics team and is as passionate about the sport as she is. Coach Amanda inspires our daughter to work as hard as she can to reach her personal best, and is an incredible role model. Once on the team, we had the amazing opportunity to also meet Coach Emily, an equally stellar coach who provides our daughter with regular feedback, support, and knowledge of the sport itself. Coach Emily is an incredible cheerleader for the gymnasts, while also challenging them to achieve outside of their comfort zones in such an inspiring way. She also works individually with our daughter to ensure that she feels comfortable and confident before every competition. The Coach Emily/Coach Amanda power team can't be beat! We are so grateful to have their guidance!”
