“Coin machine had coins. Clean place. A couple got there to wash a little after I had. I put my clothes in a dryer and the man asked me if I knew anything about getting help with a machine. There WAS a number posted to call if any problem needed to be addressed. I didn't see that. I went outside to see what the place was called and Googled it. I called the number and the person on the phone told me he was able to see me in front of the machine I was calling about through their camera system. He sent someone to remedy the situation in less than 10 minutes. The gentleman fixed the problem and went away. He came back with COLD water bottles for everyone he saw in the laundromat. He won the day. I'm only washing there from now on.”
