Hilltop Mini-Mart

Moved back into town and glad to see Hill top still around and owned by the same owner. Been a family business for years and years. I always enjoyed stopping by on my way home from work and looks like I'll be doing this again :)
Great owner, seriously nice guy. There aren't a lot of truly cool places around anymore but this is.

It’s a quirky little one-man owner-operator family shop. Josh passes many a day jammin out on his guitar with his 3 dogs behind the counter. True modern Americana. Josh will give you 70’s gas pump and/or guitar lessons. The guy leaning against the ice cream freezer drinking energy drinks is, in fact, not in line. Seriously, you just don’t see spots like this anymore.

PS: The gas here is actually “top tier” gas. Basically it’s the same as gas as any National branded gas. I’m a local and i asked the owner just out of curiosity.

Small store but has everything gas and propane lots of munchies plus the people at the store are real friendly.

Best gas station on the Monterey Bay. Family owned and operated. Nice folks with cheap gas
