Napa Valley Velo

The shop is super nice, good service and had some nice bikes with good prices. The location is convenient to Skyline Park so if your coming from out of town or a local and need something before you start your ride, this is the spot for the last minute tubes, patch kits, water bottles and more!

I have been in this shop 2 times and both times were last minute grabs of things I left at home or needed right before my ride. I will definitely come back to Napa Valley Velo when I'm in the market for a new bike.

Great customer service. Went in for simple bike repair and was drooling at some of the bike other bikes, they are a little out of the way but very friendly and good pricing. They also rent bikes and electric bikes, I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.

Love this shop so much. Kind, welcoming and professional. Great products and gear. Always willing to help and answer all your questions without judgment. As someone who is relatively new to cycling, they have been an essential resource for me in a variety of ways. Best bike shop in Napa. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been to the shop twice, the first time I couldn’t seat a tubeless tire with a floor pump at home so I dropped in and they seated the tube for me. I wanted to pay but they said no charge. I was surprised and thought that was really awesome of them. This time I was building up a new hard tail and needed some cables and small parts. The mechanic was quick to help and get me everything I needed. Great group of people there, amazing customer service. With that type of service I’ll definitely look to them when I look to make a bigger purchase. Definitely earned my future business. Thanks!

I meandered into Napa Valley Velo just intending to learn a bit about cycling shoes, specifically those suitable for spinning classes. I was given a great deal of information and was able to select a shoe that I think will be perfect for my needs. Napa Valley Velo had my size on hand (not always the case in a brick-and-mortar store!) and even installed the clips I purchased into the shoes. Great experience!
