Red Truck

This place is kinda hard to find but so worth it. Amazing menu. Very original. The tacos are to die for. Try the lamb curry it's BOMB. DEF MUST CHECK THIS PLACE OUT while in Truckee.

Lives up to the hype! Finally checked out this place and was not disappointed. Arrived just before 12:30 to about ten people already in line and they had already run out of their chicken sandwich special but I wanted the falafel bowl anyway which was fresh and delicious. I added the avocado salsa which I wish was thicker but the taste was great. The outside patio area is great for kids and dogs if you don't mind the occasional sound from the jets which you could still talk over if you spoke loud enough, so it gets a ding for atmosphere because seating inside was hard to get as well, but if you're getting food to go then it's a good option. Plenty of airport parking!

Awesome little walk up cafe in the terminal building at Truckee Airport. The Gyro was bomb, the well shaded outside patio was super cool and pet friendly, and you get to watch planes coming and going.

We were there on a sunny summer afternoon, and it was just fantastic. Great food, friendly people, and a fun spot.

Very good unique food. They give an Indian twist to normal breakfast and lunch food, while all are good some have an acquired taste.

Can’t argue about the views of the apron though! And their is a nice groomed are of grass for sitting down or dogs.

Stopped by here to get some lunch after skiing. I was really surprised by this place, as I wasn't expecting such unique and delicious food from a small airport cafe. I had the Naan Hot Dog and my Lady had the samosas and a salad. The food was flavorful and prepared quickly. They have a nice outside patio next to the landing strip, with a playground and great views of the mountains. A great place to grab lunch on the way out of town when you're done skiing.
