He was in and out very quickly , stayed focused while he was there , and did a great job. I needed a few small items but Brian was able to pick them up for me upon arrival. Good guy and his work is great. Zero complaints and will use him again for an upcoming project.”

“I'm leaving this review in regards to a few of the staff members that I've had the pleasure of dealing with here at St Moritz apartments complex. Cruz and Edgar in maintenance along with Maria in the leasing office have impressed me with their care and customer service. As the head of the maintenance team these two gentlemen take their job very seriously and follow through on every task. They even come in to check outside vendors work to make sure everything has been completed properly and that you are satisfied with the job. They've been to my apartment several times and I was expecting them to start getting annoyed at this point but they still smile and show genuine care. Maria has always been a joy to speak to and work with she has done everything in her power to help me enjoy my stay here. She doesn't just get you to sign the lease and that's the last you hear. Every time I see her on the property she has asked me how I'm doing and if there's anything she can do. My only issue with this apartment complex is the fact that the rent is very high and every year they tack on more. I guess that's just a common theme here in a non rent control area. If they could just cap a one-bedroom monthly rate around 1800.00 it would be a great deal unfortunately I'm up to 1910.00 a month at this point. Hopefully the corporate members or the board will consider not being parasites and sucking their residents dry in order to satisfy their greed. Other than that this is a respectable quiet and neat complex with an excellent maintenance team.”
