Jen Montgomery is a fabulous Pilates instructor. Each class is fun but also a great workout. The Pilates Shoppe website makes it easy to schedule classes, and you always receive an email reminder a day before your class. I am so much stronger after taking Jen's classes. This is a great place to add to your workout routine. They also offer a variety of great body work and massage sessions. Go to their website and look up therapists to contact and book them directly. In particular Billy Timber man is an amazing therapist, who has become a friend. Literally changed my life.

I have been to the Pilates Shoppe a number of times and can’t speak highly enough about one of their instructors Jen. She is inspiring, very well informed, patient with new starters and gives you a fantastic workout. She has years of experience and helps make sure you get the best out of your workout. It can be hard to find the location as it is located inside of a physical therapy. Office.

I’ll be equipment is up to date and is well maintained. They give towels and have a nice place to store your shoes etc..

I've been taking classes at the Pilates Shoppe for over 4 years. I've been very gratified by my experience here. I've become much stronger, developed better balance and have lost the muscle aches & pains I had prior to coming to Pilates. Jen is an excellent instructor. She's knowledgeable, patient & understanding. I feel very fortunate to be in her classes. I highly recommend the Pilates Shoppe.
