“Words cannot express how thankful and happy I am with the service from Aliso Ridge for my child. If you are reading this review, you may have a child, which is at the facility, or may end up at the facility… And if this is your first experience with an inpatient psych hold, please allow me to share my unfortunate years of experience. First, I’m sorry that you are in the situation that you are, and I understand how painful it is. While I have had the extreme misfortune of having multiple incidents, where a family member was under a psych hold, I can tell you that Aliso Ridge is one of the best in the county. When you call, they answer the phone very promptly. If you ask to speak to your child, they will connect you, or have your child call you back right away. The therapeutic staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, and very very well trained. The facility is very clean, well run, and accommodating for kids of any background, gender, etc. If it wasn’t for the staff at Aliso Ridge , I don’t know what would have become of my kiddo after discharge. No matter how bleak things seem right now, there is always a chance that they can improve. Aliso Ridge is one of the few places that I can honestly say moved my kid in a positive direction for once. Mary Fisher, Wesley, Dr. Yousefi… all the nurses and staff … thank you. You are miracle workers.”
