As far as the front office staff goes, they've always been professional to me. As far as I'm concerned, Kathleen is a very nice lady and she's never given me reason to ever think otherwise! I've never had an issue with anyone at this office. I've never had an issue with any of my prescriptions either. When I need a refill and the pharmacy sends over the request, they've always been authorized within a day or two, unless the doctor needs to see me, then they are quick to schedule an appointment for me to come in.”
