“Honest Rodent Proofing did a very comprehensive job at my place. They sealed all openings both inside and outside the house and set traps. They cleaned out all the infected insulation in the attic. Covered and sealed my living room to protect the family. Within a few weeks we don't find any rats inside the house. While they installed a rat slab in the crawl space, they cleaned the molds underneath the house caused by water leak and installed sump pump to take care of both crawl space drainage and rodents issues. The new owners really turned this place and the service around - Good selection, good donuts and especially croissants friendly service. Good spot to walk to on a weekend morning. The only potential downside is that the couple that owns it are the only people behind the counter and when the store is full, things can take a bit... I don't mind - when I have the time to walk there I can spare a couple of minutes to pick up breakfast.”
