“It is a very modern station that will blow you away as soon as you walk in to it. The station and the area around it is very well maintained. There are several shops inside including a coffee shop. It is a bit of a walk to Angel Stadium but nothing challenging.”

“I’ve never had and “issue” with Bill Ray Nissan Service Department until last time I was there. First with the good: they were always quick, they don’t hassle you to get unnecessary services done, the employees are truly experts. Back to my “issue”. My appointment for my oil change was at 3, I had to wait around for about 10 minutes with no employees in sight. Finally once I caught the attention of a cashier, who mentioned the employees were taking a late lunch and would be back soon... at 3 PM... Once the employees in charge of my car showed up they seemed nonchalant and didn’t apologize for the wait. Nevertheless I will be back because I feel like they do know what’s best for my car. Just hoping I won’t have this same experience next time.”
