“A friend of mine referred me to United Fitness, so I thought I'd give it a try. I have been unmotivated because of long work hours and little time and as a result, I have a lot more fat on my body than normal. The thought of being able to lose at least 4% body fat in just 6 weeks and the fact that I only need to work out about 35 minutes a day excited me. The first moment I stepped inside, my mouth dropped. The paint job on the walls are amazing and the music makes me want to dance nonstop. This is definitely way better than any other gym or fitness club I've been to. It's much more fun, but they're serious about getting you the results you're looking for. The trainers are so friendly and always willing to help. I'm super shy, but everyone there makes me feel so comfortable. The workouts are awesome and they go by so quickly! You definitely come out of there feeling amazing. I've just started my challenge and already I'm feeling the difference! “It was my first time getting Botox and fillers so I was quite nervous and wanted to make sure I researched the right place. I was referred to Theresa who was incredibly knowledgeable, walked me through the different kinds of treatments and answered any questions that I had. She helped ease my nerves and walked me through what to expect. I was initially interested in doing Botox on my masseter muscle, but Theresa advised that my muscle wasn’t big enough to see results. I appreciated her transparency and honestly. She instead asked me if there were any concerns I was looking to change or improve. I mentioned my smile lines and she analyzed my face and recommended lifting my cheeks with fillers. I trusted her assessment and went along with the cheek fillers. The process was quick and painless. She also made sure to check in with me to ensure there wasn’t any discomfort. After she was done, I looked in the mirror in complete awe!! My face was more lifted and youthful looking! My smile line on the left side of my face complete disappeared and smoothed out on my right side! Thank you Theresa for your expertise and looking forward to going back to you soon! P.S. “Dr. Anderson exceeded our expectations from the moment he arrived to our appointment till the time he left. He was very professional and provided a thorough explanation once he examined and reviewed my sons x-ray results. Dr. Anderson also has lots of patience, my son is very ticklish so when adjusting him, he would frequently laugh .Dr. Anderson laughed with him and gave him time to settle down before moving on. When he left , my son said “ mom I really liked him”, we definitely recommend Dr. Anderson”
