“Well it's a beautiful apartment complex, great amenities, however, no security cameras in the elevator or hallway or parking garage. One thing to note if you plan to live here, take care of yourself and your belongings. I was one of the cars that got their tires & rims stolen in the parking garage, what a nightmare that was. Police closed the case, the thieves got away. Heard of bikes being stolen as well. Other than the standard apartment complex security issues, the living area was nice and apartments above standard. I'm still leaving a nice review after everything because I acknowledge that my car incident is a rare case. Tip: get lock nuts for your car and maybe a camera.”

“We just moved into this city and so far we love it. We didn't realize how close we were to downtown brea but now that I know it's amazing. The decorations for Christmas are beautiful and the atmosphere of this city is extraordinary. One thing that I would recommend is having wider benches for families to sit.”
