I love their return policy because you can't always tell if something is going to work out till you get it home. “Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable about their products too. I was here over a year ago to buy my watch. I've been having troubles with it and needed to send it in for repair. The same sales person that sold me the watch helped me send it in to get fixed. Both the sale and the start of the repair process were quick and painless. No pushy sales feeling either. “Not the biggest Hallmark but they make good use of their space. It is as much a gift shop as it is a card shop. You can eaisly find a card and a gift for someone here. My guess is that the compromised on wrapping paper and gift bags here because of the limited space. There are still plenty of good choices though.”
