“Vista park is awesome park with a great view of the Huntington beach. There's a gang of squirrels around all over the place. Pretty neat to see them running around getting close to you. This is a good place for a quick picnic better on the weekdays. Weekends are moderately full bit you should be good.”

“I brought a large scuffed up broken frame to Greg that had fallen and broke the cheap plastic corner mounts the original framing shop used. He came highly recommended by a neighbor. Greg was able to restore the frame to it's original glory at a price I was more than happy with. He used a stronger bonding method to put the frame back together properly so this wouldn't happen again. In addition, he called to let me know it was ready and I forgot to pick it up before leaving town for a week. My girlfriend went to pick up the picture. It ended up being too large for her and my car. Greg went the extra mile and drove it down the hill to the house for her!!! I highly recommend Greg and his shop.”

“The Dr. was fantastic! He relieved years of tension in my neck, and the base of my skull. He is very skilled and more knowledgeable than an ordinary chiropractor. The y-strap was extremely effective at putting me into alignment, and it gave me instantaneous pain relief. After just one adjustment, I feel better than I have in a very long time. He even recommended me to talk to his wife (who works at fermentation farm) about my migraine- related menstrual cycle issues. She gave me a pamphlet with a questionnaire, and she was able to recommend me a cream to alleviate my symptoms of high estrogen. I’m excited to try it! They both are amazing Dr.s, and have probably saved me $1000’s from going to my regular Dr. because I regularly get toradol shots to mask my migraine pain.”

“Professor T. is very concise, thoughtful, and patient in his teaching. The classes are focused and taught in such a manner that every detail of a move/position are drilled over and over again until the tactic makes sense and becomes natural. The dojo itself is pristine, and the energy is positive and welcoming. No one I have encountered at the dojo is merely interested in dominating and submitting their partner. Rather, the focus is on learning and rolling in a manner that is both challenging physically and mentally, while maintaining safety so you can live to train for the long game to come.”

“We knew nothing of the Short Sale process and they educated us and walked us through the whole process. Jared Zamost was our representative with the company. He did an excellent job of listing our home and setting up appointments with buyers. Our home sold quickly and then Jared was our representative with the mortgage company in the escrow process. California Short Sale Solutions did an excellent job of representing us in a complicated process that allowed us to move on with our lives.”

“My kids and sister all go to Bob White for Karate. We had some issues finding a new place after their Taekwondo with Master Amsler shut down. We tried a couple Jujitsu places, but my kids hated them because there wasn't a lot of technique and a lack of discipline. A lot of martial arts places in HB/FV are scammers and run on profit. Some make you sign contracts that cost a lot to get out of. Luckily we found this studio, family owned and operated. Bob and his instructors aren't here for the $$$ like so many other studios, they are teaching the kids Kempo Karate and how to defend themselves in a disciplined non-Cobra Kai way. They are good respectful people and are teaching the kids to become good respectful citizens. My family is really happy with Bob and all the instructors and feel very lucky to have found them. Speaking of Cobra Kai, look for Bob in the original Karate Kid!! Thanks Master White, keep doing what you do.”

“The Music Factory is the best! We love going and everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. My son loves his piano instructor and I love how they put on recitals and shows in public locations on a stage where everyone gets to feel like a rock star!”
