Shadow Trailers

After calling around to a few company's and getting an over the phone estimates for replacing/repacking the bearings on my single axle boat trailer, I decided to go with Shadow Trailers. I received confirmation from the representative who took my call, to bring my trailer (with the boat) on a specific date. When I arrived, I was met by a very friendly woman who spent a moment admiring my tiny partial sloop sailboat while she wrote up my work order. I dropped the trailer and was on my way in minutes. I called the next day and was advised the work would be completed in a couple of days (as expected). When I arrived to pick it up, it was waiting for me. I was quickly helped, charged/paid the exact amount I was originally quoted and was offered assistance with hitching it to my vehicle. Again, I was on my way in just a few minutes. The bearing job looks and feels good.

Great service!! My husband needed a trailer tire fast and this was the only place in town that had one ready to go. We called several tire shops and either they didn't have one, or it was going to take a couple hours to have it ready. Also, the lady who helped was very helpful and very nice!

Made in person purchase of some Boat Trailer Brake line and a few other items for the Surge Brake Actuator. The Gentlemen there was able to recite a part number for a part to the actuator. Incredible. I later called back asking a technical question because the manufacturer technical resource was unavailable. They sent me a photo of the part in question and answered my question. Shadow Trailers is an exceptional business with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend them!

Ordered a custom built jet ski trailers from Shadow, easiest ordering form online there could be! There is nothing in Seattle like this place as far as a jet ski trailer company, Shadow kept me informed every couple weeks as to the progress of the build, any emails sent to them were responded to same day, friendly staff and excellent craftsmanship on the build! Well worth the drive to Anaheim!!
