Lincoln Moody Apartments

Mrs. We (the Saturday leasing agent) was instrumental in our decision to rent here and, eventually, in our peaceful moving out of these apartments. She is classy, pleasant, and efficient. The grounds are impecable, true. The swimming pool is clean. The apartments themselves are reasonably well maintained for the property of this age. Then again, people rent these apartments because of the school district (one of the best around). Most of the residents are recent immigrants and behave well. It's quiet here. Now a couple of hacks ... 1) Be VERY careful with their "maintenance man" (aka "uncle Tom"): despite his smiles, he will report to the office on anything/anybody he sees. 2} If possible, avoid any face-to-face interaction with the Mon to Fri office people. If you must, bring a witness and/or video camera. Again, Mrs. We was our leasing agent, and we are quite thankful to her for making our stay (and moving out) pleasant.
