“I visited this office twice. The first visit was for a consultation and the second time was for a procedure. In both visits, the front office staff and nurses were more than welcoming and friendly. I had a couple of questions about my insurance and they were able to answer my questions accurately and quickly. On my second visit, I was quite nervous about my procedure, but the cordial and warm approach by the staff helped me ease my nerves. Dr. Bui was extremely professional and did a great job of informing me of the procedures my recovery steps.”

“The staff is always friendly. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for my visits. My first visit I walked in and was seen right away for my xray. My MRI I had an appt and only waited about 3 minutes after I arrived. I only wish they dimmed the lights during my MRI. I asked for a towel to cover my eyes and was handed a paper towel which was useless.”

“I got a prescription for glasses and contacts from this place. The optometrist was really great. She made sure my contacts were a good fit and even saw me a second time to change the prescription to a brand that was more comfortable for me. Months went by and I didn't order contacts yet but then a big sporting event came up that I needed contacts for, however, the contacts I ordered from some other place would not arrive on time because I did not place the order on time. I called up this location and they gave me a few pairs of contacts at no charge (even though they've already given me a few pairs, months ago). I am very happy with the service from this place. Staff and optometrist were very friendly.”

“Dr. Bahng is amazing and caring and always gentle. I was in so much pain from my spinal stenosis and he promised me on my first visit that he would help me and that's what he did.
