“I had been looking for several months for a grand piano for our church. In addition to needing a new piano, our pipe organ was about to undergo extensive repairs, and we had to have a piano in its place for our services during the down time. I was disappointed after nothing that I had seen anywhere was suitable to meet our needs I found out about Keyboard Concepts in Fountain Valley, and went in hoping to would find what we were looking for. I was greeted by Fred, and explained the situation. He let me look around at the large selection of new and previously owned pianos they have in the showroom. I found 2 beautiful instruments that would meet our needs and fit our budget, a 1938 Chickering and a 1975 Baldwin. We decided on the Baldwin parlor grand, and we’re very pleased - and very grateful to say the least. I want to thank Fred, and his manager Joseph. They could not have been more helpful. Such genuinely nice people, no-pressure salesmen, extremely knowledgeable, very professional yet personable. Both they, and the Baldwin grand we purchased, are a rare find these days. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great instrument. Thanks guys, well done!”

Sam was able to show me where my apparel was. It's my first time going to the mountains, so I wanted to be nice and warm up there. He was able to tell me different features about some of the pants and jackets I was looking at, and ended up with a super cute jacket and a matching pair of pants! Jennifer put the cherry on top for my experience here. She was so nice at the register, asking me questions about what gear I was buying, and where I was going. Ah, can't wait to go back!! 10/10 if I could!!!!”
