“Everyone really what you read about Peter is all 1000% true. I've had to call him quite a few times in the past managing vacation rentals in OC maybe 4 times before and again this morning at 5am and Peter again was the only reliable prompt efficient locksmith and did the job perfectly. He was in fact nowhere near the rental either turns out he later told me he was in LA in a hospital for a family member in the ICU when he got our call. 🥵😲🥺 I'm honestly speechless he still came. He said early Sunday morning it isn't easy to get another reliable locksmith, I had called a bunch of other 24/7 ones who didn't reply or said they couldn't and our tenants were waiting outside for help. He still came exactly 45 minutes actually 40 minutes later as he said. It is typically an hr from LA. You will NOT find a more humble honest fairly priced business anywhere else that is as communicative prompt professional gracious smart and humble. Peter finally had to drill the keyhole as our fancy smart keyless deadbolt was stuck would not retract. He swapped a traditional deadbolt in so the house could be secure. Only charged us $20 for the new hardware with 3 keys and $180 for the drive which was more than fair given the time and the distance and he is heading back to his family. He's getting a well deserved tip. I'm amazed at his work ethic and genuine heart to help save us from our lockouts in the midst of this own family crisis. Wow. Thank you Peter. You must wear an invisible cape praying for your mom. You remain peerless to me in this space”

No note saying short of staff or anything so just looks like it’s online for now::/ What a bummer I drove over an hour in terrible traffic to get here and was not expecting this and even Skipped a huge order I could’ve placed on Amazon a few days ago and would already have had to support a local small shop. Please reopen to the public. I like to shop in person over ordering.”
