“I love this place! I used to go to 24 Hr but since the pandemic I’ve canceled that membership and found a private gym. It’s never crowded, so no wait for the cables, the smith machine, the leg press, etc. They have a body scan machine so you can see the breakdown of what you weigh vs just a number on the scale. If you need a trainer or help with weight loss, they have trainers who can help. Finally, as a mom, they have a kids boot camp for my son so he can exercise too.”
