“I've been around the track by constantly changing dentists throughout my life and definitely found one that cares about not putting me through extra unnecessary pain. Options are extremely key in a delicate business where there's a balance of preserving a patient's image while staying focused on overall long term health. Josiah is highly skilled at making the financial part balance out at the end without being overly pushy about getting payment on the spot. A true sign that the cost part of the equation is secondary to being actually physically cared about. I'm personally extremely sensitive to feeling pain while sitting completely still in a chair but the dentist, hygienists, and assistants were all very focused on making sure I was comfortable with a professional demeanor and approach. It's very simple to make an individual who isn't comfortable feel more uncomfortable by making too many jokes during the entire process but that was definitely not my experience here. In summation, they have me as a returning patient....they win! :)”
