“I’ve grown to love this gym though it can often be packed with a younger high school crowd grouping around the equipment, as it basically neighbors Sunny hills high school. Staff is friendly enough and the work out areas are generally pretty clean. Pros: variety of free weight options, multiple squat racks, men’s and women’s only steam and sauna. Pool and hot tub. Con: not enough duplicate dumbbells in the 20lbs range, showers and steam room get dirty quickly on the men’s side. Steam room breaks often.”

“I met Jeff at another gym and started my training because he’s such a kind and trustworthy person. When he decided to start Mythic, it was a no-brainer for many of us to follow him. Jeff and his other coaches are amazing. The new location is plenty spacious, but the family atmosphere is still the same. If you are an experienced grappler looking for a new home, you’ll get plenty of tough rounds and will be able to improve your game without having to conform to a specific style. If you are thinking about starting your journey, I can’t imagine a better environment to learn Jiu-Jitsu. You’ll get great coaching from Jeff, Jamie, and the higher belts. I am forever indebted to Jeff for making Jiu-Jitsu fun and such a major part of my life. PS: there are other martial arts practiced at Mythic, but I personally didn’t participate in those. You might want to try them out too while you’re on the free trial to experience the full menu.”

“Dr. Garcia is the best doctor I have ever had. He is an extremely busy physician, but I have never once felt rushed during my visits. He listens, and even after the basic exam and answering my questions, he will ask me questions- how is work, how is my family, how am I doing? I can't say I have had any past physician ask questions past small talk. He has a genuine care for his patients and compassion. I wanted to get my husband in to see him, but his work schedule was outside of Dr. Garcia's- Dr. Garcia told his MA to schedule a time with my husband, and that he'd come in early to see him. I was amazed by that. It meant a lot to me. I have moved to another state and am in the process of finding a new doctor. I am so sad that I don't have Dr. Garcia anymore. Sometimes I have had to wait past my appointment time with him, but I have never minded because his care is worth it.”

Dr. Kang also, does the clinic perform excellent cupping and provide you with effective herbs medication. First the place is clean, I mean really clean. The entire staff is outstanding! Liz, the office manager, is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and listens. Doctor sires is experienced and has the best bedside manner. Dr. Nguyen and Jennifer, the physician assistant, are all incredible. Unfortunately I have to see many doctors, and dread visiting many of them, look forward to my appointments here . All of my skin issues have now been resolved!”
