“I was totally out of my comfort zone, even just walking in, to learn more about Wellbee & how it worked. I can't tell you enough, what a blessing it was. Walking in I met Jamie (& didn't know she was the one I previously read a BIO on), I said "I'm sure you don't have time for me today but can you tell me a few things before I do a class?" She said, "actually we have room for you today, if you like & we can talk afterwards?!" I was completely caught off guard but there were two other ladies in the lobby (with Sweat and Soul Tribe = your Girl Gang), playfully chanting "Do it! Do it!" Those 3 ladies may have been the most inspiring ladies, I've ever met! I was nervous but felt like this must be a sign that I need to get out of my comfort zone & so with the friendly guidance of Jamie, setting the bike to my height, I climbed on & began today's journey. I was not the youngest, the best shape body, hottest woman in there - but listening to Jamie's message as we pedaled, at whatever speed was "our personal best" I realized I was there, to be better than I was before I fearfully walked into Wellbee. So I'm here to pay it forward and tell you too, "Do it! Do it!"”

“This is my go to barber shop in Southern OC. Every barber here has exceptional talent! The atmosphere is inviting, the owner is very sociable and down to earth. It's very difficult to find any negatives when reviewing them, I think the only thing I have ran into is a on a couple of occasions when I showed up for my appointment it ended up being 15-30 minutes past the appointment time before they were done with the previous appointment. I have exceptional patience and a fairly flexible schedule on most days so this is not a huge problem for me, but if you are on a tight schedule you may want to call your barber ahead of time and make that clear with them first.”
