“My Samsung Galaxy 7 crashed out of nowhere two months ago. I was unable to start the phone back up and I learned that Verizon no longer offered technical support for the model. I got a new phone and started looking around to see if there was a way to save my data (including my photos and videos) and called FixMe! The price Isai quoted me was reasonable so I brought in my old phone and within three days, he was able to not only turn the old phone back on but retrieve all my data. He also transferred the data (and photos and videos) from my old phone to my new phone. It was a pretty seamless process! He also did a great job with calling me and communicating with updates while I was waiting.”

“Great place and everything in stock. Only complaint is they lay your body panels on the floor for viewing and they might have dents in them. I asked about the process and he said "we take them out of the box so you can view them, they're sold as is with you having to do body work, remove dents and scratches from the panels". I understand taking them out of the boxes for space and for customer viewing but selling them at full price with dents? He explained "the way we see it there's about 9 to 18 hours of body fitting and prep to get each panel ready for paint ".”
