“For the last few years I had been saving money for a Mercedes S550 or Audi A8. I had heard of the Genesis brand but had not considered it seriously. I called Genesis of Irvine to ask if they had any certified used G90s. They had one. Spoke to a gentleman named Omar Younis. Omar sent me pictures of the car ad explained the car's features. Living in Canoga Park, the dealership is 67 miles from my home. My wife and I drove down the next day to look at the car. Omar met us and let me test drive the car. Then we sat and discussed the cost and maintenance. Not only was the dealership a beautiful facility, everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. Omar was the perfect salesman for me but I am very critical with issues related to customer service. The car sold me when I drove, but Omar's demenour and support made the deal.I also have to give credit to Rami, the sales manger. Rami worked with me after the sale to address some minor cosmetic issues with the car. I am very please with the car's looks, the cost, and the performance. I had forgotten how awesome it was to work with a local mechanic. He met me at my convenience and on the spot got to work with the diagnostic tool. He explained every line to me and gave me straight forward thoughts on what it could be. Within 30 minutes he assessed the issues and successfully resolved it, and it was an extremely fair price. What a far cry from dropping my car off at a dealership for 24 hours for the exact same issue and probably paying double. I 100% recommend this place.”

“Their service department is very prompt and efficient on handling customer' s needs. I had a punctured tire and even tho it could not be repaired they quickly offer installing a new tire. I only wish they'd offered a discount price on a new tire since I'm a new owner of a Mazda and I could just as easily go 1 mile away to a tire center for a cheaper one same model. Still I got great service.”

“Great and thorough service. Friendly staff. Provides Lyft to local areas so you don’t have to wait. Only complaint would be that recently, the checkin process is a bit slow and disorganized, with no clear indication of where customers should wait, and order of selection is left to “Who’s next” at times. Expect check-in to take 30-40 minutes. Used not to be an issue, so likely when things come out of Covid to normal, hopefully that self-corrects. But otherwise, quality service and good communication.”

“We were looking for a gas fireplace to match our 82' new tv and we were very capably assessed by Matt to purchase a Montigo that we could place as close as possible to the TV. With this specific model we ended up buying a model we placed only 10" away from the TV as there is an upper vent on top of it allowing to disperse the heat. Everything looks very awesome with all the lights changing (there are some pictures enclosed). We also had a great experience afterwards when Jim and his son were very responsive servicing and clarifying a couple of doubts we had. They truly care about their clients and products.
