“Zack was helping us. I think he said he was new to this facility or maybe new to public storage? We found him to be very professional, friendly, If I remember correctly another lady "Jennifer " was helping us to and she was very friendly and helpful oh and actually there's was like 4 people working in the office and all were so friendly and answering our questions, they were all just so welcoming to their customers, sorry I can't remember the other other two girls names, but if I were to describe the atmosphere and vibes of the staff members I would say , Smiles, friendliness, helpfulness , oh wait that 3 words, what can I say they were " Awesome " AAA”

Our first meeting surprised me because right after I walked in, she came out of her office to greet me personally! Never in my life had I experienced a doctor greeting me! When my appointment time came, she met me in her exam room and we basically had a sincere friendly chat about "how could she serve me". That was the beginning of a truly trustful relationship. “Pretty decent unload speed, nice big area to maneuver your truck to back into the docks. There are two entry Gates, one on Geronimo Street and the other is on Morgan. If you pull through the gates on Geronimo, you immediately turn right and will park in the staging Lanes to take your paperwork in to get checked in. If you come through the Morgan gate, you have to drive all the way around the main building to get to the staging Lanes”
