“This review is based on my mom's patient/doctor experiences and relationship of more than 5 years with Dr. Frank Yu AND his staff. Dr. Yu's front line staff are professional, efficient and knowledgeable. On phone inquiries, they are polite and trustworthy, which means when they say that the doctor will call you back (the doctor himself!), the doctor really will call you back in-between his busy schedule. This isn't a one-time thing, but a reliable event whenever she's called in with questions. When she needed approval for a procedure from or for Dr. Yu, the staff are spot on efficient and accurate in getting the forms and calls made. When results from a procedure are in, the office calls my mom to make appointments or discuss the findings on the phone. She's only known to bring in some small gesture of appreciation in the form of small gifts. But I really want to let people know, not only does my mom appreciate the expertise and the care from the office. The gratitude for Dr. Yu's staff and Dr. Yu himself, extends to us as a family as well. We only have one body to care for, and it is hard to care for an ailing body part that you can not see with your naked eyes or have the in-depth knowledge to heal said body part. We're grateful for the staff in making Dr. Yu successful in helping my mom treat her chronic disease.”

“My mother had cataracts in both eyes. We were referred to Dr. Nika Omid by her primary care physician. She had trouble seeing distance and headlights bothered her at night. I am so glad we were referred to Dr. Omid! Dr. Omid recommended the laser surgery for the removal of cataracts, as opposed to the traditional scalpel surgery. She showed us a brief video on the traditional surgery vs. the laser surgery. After watching, no question, laser surgery was the best way to go. I appreciate her taking the time to explain things very clearly. Daniel, in the office of Dr. Omid is also awesome! He is helpful and answered all of our questions :) and we had lots! The Barranca Surgery Center made the procedure go very smoothly. We were in and out in about 2 hours, although never felt rushed. Dr. Omid and the entire staff were professional and caring. The sedation was mild. My mother was comfortable and never felt a thing. My moms vision in both eyes have improved considerably, only a few weeks after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Nika Omid's office!”

“The enrollment process was great, first day was awesome 😎 First week was amazing, even with all the stressful events that brought us to need childcare our older children are happy and excited to go to because because the staff keeps them engaged and learning. Our toddler is happy to see his caregiver in the morning. I love getting pictures and updates all day . The staff has been amazing working with the schedule we need. 3 months at still loving it!!!! The staff is great and my kids are happy to be there. They have been amazing at assisting with online learning and always willing to work on issues as a team with us. 6 months and all is well, staff is consistent and caring. “I had to have a growth removed from the bridge of my nose. I was so worried about the scar that would be left behind. It was a decent sized growth and would need a fairly big cut to remove. I went with Dr. Chen based on her experience and other reviews. The surgery went smoothly. When the bandage was removed 10 days later, the cut was made right along the natural wrinkles between the eye and the nose and even curved to exactly follow those wrinkles. Even with the scar still fresh, you had to really focus on that area to realize it was a scar. Somehow, it just seems to blend in with the rest of the face. I'm so thankful I went with Dr. Chen, I couldn't have imagined a better outcome. She really knows what she is doing and I would highly recommend her to anyone.”
