“Dr. Yap is truly one of a kind. I called at least eight different GI offices to schedule an appointment for an urgent problem my dad was having. All of them were booked out 2-3 months. “I never expected to find such authentic Sichuan-flavored crayfish in Irvine. It’s a treasure. The crayfish are all plump and fresh. They are just right spicy and salty. The tip of each shrimp head is cut off. It fell off, and the back was opened to take out the shrimp line. The treatment was very clean, which made people feel at ease when eating. Highly recommend and will come again! In addition, I would like to remind everyone that it is best to call and book a little longer in advance, because I originally wanted to order five pounds, but I don’t know if it’s because of the meal time or because every shrimp is killed and processed. After waiting for two hours, I don’t live in Irvine, so I almost missed the gourmet food. Fortunately, someone ordered too much and gave me a pound so that I didn’t miss this delicious meal.”
