Had a great experience several months ago at T-Mobile Elmont store. Ren, Asian lady went above and beyond so we can sign up for T-Mobile. She looked for phones availability from other stores that Elmont store didn't have and picked them up so we can start service. She is very knowledgeable, friendly. We couldn't asked for better service and never experienced that excellent service with any cellphone carrier.
Ren is a Champion when it comes to customer service. Recently passed by store and didn't see her and missed her excellent service.

Store manager and staff were courteous as well as professional. They told us about t-mobile's promotion and we were able to get 2 phones with very little upfront costs. I would recommend this location.

Went there today because I couldn’t access my wi-fi. The young lady who helped me went through my phone and found the problem immediately and fixed it for me. I now have my Wi-Fi back. Courteous service and clean environment and she couldn’t have been nicer!

Great experience from the start with this body shop. I got into an accident and the other driver's insurance was giving me problems and the body shop loaned me a vehicle while mine was being worked on. They not only repaired my vehicle quickly, I received it in better condition than I left it to them in. By the way, Mark and David are awesome and extremely knowledgeable and experienced men. Thank you and I appreciate everything that was done.
