Marsha greeted me at the door. They were super busy but she listened to me explain what was going on patiently. I got a little emotional because I had been waiting on a deposit to hit my account and it was delayed. In the meantime I had automatic drafts coming out leaving me in a terrible spot. She was able to calm me down and assured me everything would be ok. She immediately looked at my account and helped me with a resolution. Marsha is amazing!
