“I called in from out of state, described what I wanted to have delivered to a friend that just had surgery, and the person on the phone was so helpful and nice. She made it extremely easy and simple to order and pay for the flowers over the phone. My friend sent me a picture of the final product delivered and it was more than I could have hoped for for the price I paid for it. Exceptional quality and beautiful flowers! When I visit Ladera Ranch next I will for sure stop by this shop to buy something just for the sake of being appreciative of a good business!”
