Needed to replace my fridge/ freezer immediately because my current one died last night. Went to Howard's and I'd like to say my experience was great from beginning to end, but sadly that wasn't the case. I had horrible treatment from the first salesperson. She didn't listen to or care about what I needed. She just cared about selling me an item that would net her the biggest commission. Expressed my disappointment to the manager who offered to assist me with getting what I needed. Showed me exactly what I was looking for, asked of he could excuse himself to go to the restroom and stated he would be right back. He never came back! I again decided to leave and e press my disappointment and Adam stopped me and offered to assist. I was reluctant at first, due to my 1st two encounters, but something about the way he spoke and offer to try to make the situation right told me to give Howard's 1 more chance. Adam flipped my entire experience around. He really values customers. Roberto the lead manager heard of my experience and attempted to address the 1st salesperson. She was rude to him and made a comment about how she doesn't have "that kind of patience" referring to assisting me. The appalling part is the comment was made loud enough for me to hear. Howard's is normally a great place to shop and I'm sure it still is. As long as you have Adam as your salesperson, you are guaranteed to have a great experience! Thank you Adam for turning my experience around!

Adam made buying a new dishwasher a very easy experience! He walked us through our options, made recommendations of what was/was not worth the extra cost, and got us through the checkout process quickly.

Everything from the selection to order placement to delivery was perfect. I ordered the refrigerator on a Monday and Howard’s delivered it the next day, ensuring that we weren’t without a refrigerator for too long. The delivery crew was very thorough and careful with both the old unit as well as the new one. Howard’s pricing was very competitive too!

I received the help I needed, no disappointment. Lower price than Best buy.
