(October 17, 2020, 4:32 am)I saw Dr. Hsu for an emergency new patient appointment after chipping 2 teeth. I'm between insurances at the moment, and the out of pocket cost was less than I expected. A few weeks after the fix, one of the filled areas came apart. Most practices would have just charged me again or sent me on my way; Dr. Hsu fixed it later that week- without extra charges. The front desk was extremely helpful laying out costs while I was between plans. I'm planning on coming back for routine care next year after all my great experiences so far!
