She is meticulous and took extra time to explain the damage that was occurring with a permanent bottom retainer that had been placed on my bottom teeth prior by an Orthodontist. I explained to Dr. Shah I was having jaw pain. The day of my appointment, I knew her office was extra busy, but she made me feel that I was her most important patient. She created a plan to help with the orthopedics I needed to stop the damage I was doing to my teeth. My bite now is correct and I am no longer grinding my teeth. What a relief! I just love her! “I saw Dr. Hsu for an emergency new patient appointment after chipping 2 teeth. I'm between insurances at the moment, and the out of pocket cost was less than I expected. A few weeks after the fix, one of the filled areas came apart. Most practices would have just charged me again or sent me on my way; Dr. Hsu fixed it later that week- without extra charges. The front desk was extremely helpful laying out costs while I was between plans. I'm planning on coming back for routine care next year after all my great experiences so far!”
