I needed out-of-state title transfer, Mike was very fast and helpful on the phone informing me of these things and his hours next day (which were 1-4pm that day). So I smogged the night before then went to him, in 15 min I walked out with 2 plates, stickers, registration, and will get new title in the mail in 3 wks. Well worth the fees paid and the 15 minutes it took so i didn't have to take time off work and waste it at the DMV. Yes, his manner is no-nonsense, which I prefer.”
