“Very nice community of manufactured homes which are affordable in California... believe it or not. It's clean, well maintained and a nice large Clubhouse for those that want to have a gatherering of friends and family for special events such as birthdays anniversaries, Etc. Residents own there on homes but do still have to pay an average HOA of $1,400.00 - $1,600.00 monthly for their space and services.”
