“I had a sprained ankle, stuffed sinuses, and a knot in my right lat back muscle. All have been very problematic with seeing multiple providers and seeing no results. With Lymph Bright's methods of using lymphatic massage, cupping, and other unique methods they were able to help all 3! You definitely feel the difference as they tailor each massage to the health concerns you have at the time. I had been going to a regular massage for general health benefits but had no idea a massage could help with my other ailments. My ankle became less swollen and it has been an injury for 5months now. My sinuses became unblocked every time. And now after my 3rd treatment my upper back is more relaxed. Wow I didn't think a massage could help all of these issues. My massage therapist was Liliane. This place is amazing.”

“Villa Valencia is our mom’s 3rd rehabilitation center. We have found VV to be the cleanest, nicest ran and most organized of all we have visited. The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere set up much like a personal home bedroom. The nursing staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Most importantly our mom is very happy here with her care and the environment. That speaks volumes as far as we are concerned as she is very particular. We would highly recommend Villa Valencia, if it is available as a choice. Kind Regards, Michael and Kristina”

“I recently made a purchase from Something Rad Candle and I was very impressed with their product. Not only was the whole online shopping experience easy to use but the candle I purchased arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I even got a personal note of thank you for the order. How often that does happen? And the candle...wow, all I can say is that it was truly RAD! Certainly much larger than I imagined and it smelled so nice. If you're a fan of the 90s or if you have friends who are nostalgic about that era, these candles would make great gifts for yourself or your friends. Highly recommended!”

“I am giving this review specifically to Shoreline PHP/IOP in Laguna Hills. The Satori House residential was the wo rst treatment I’ve ever experienced. My experience at Shoreline PHP/IOP was relatively positive-with some negatives. The therapists/staff here clearly care about their clients. I felt supported when I talked openly about my challenges, and all the group therapies were very helpful. I like the idea of support table, which is where if you are struggling to finish, you sit individually with a staff member. Often times this was helpful, but I also often felt pressure and anxiety because I wasn’t able to finish. A lot of problems occurred when I had extreme stomach pain after eating. I remember being told by anna that my extreme stomach pain was a psychological problem rather than physical. What are you, some sort of doctor? When I saw an actual doctor I was diagnosed with gastroparesis, a serious and painful condition. I was given no accommodations. I was expected to eat the same types of foods and volume of food as everyone else, despite my physical inability to do so. And given the thr eat of residential if I didn’t comply. This thr eat was given to everyone who didn’t comply, regardless of circumstances. Disregarding people with disabilities or different circumstances, or expecting them to simply just stop having an eating disorder, and trying to make them fit your one size fits all box- is able ism. We moved to online treatment over Covid. I did appreciate that they listened to our feedback and gave us breaks throughout the long day. Most of the groups were still helpful. Another example of able ism is how I was pun ished by not receiving care for being late to treatment. My tardiness was a mix of trying to prepare food on my own, with an eating disorder, and having an executive functioning disorder. Could you imagine someone with cancer being refused chemo because they are 12 minutes late, rather than 10? Had I been under weight, they would have never placed this rule, but my eating disorder wasn’t taken as seriously. We move back to in person treatment. Emily was very helpful, but she also had unrealistic expectations for us to just jump into eating challenge foods after making our own food at home. One big problem was the way I was pressured to leave treatment because the staff decided for me that I was not ready to get better. I was juggling a medical condition and home problems, and I was trying my best. It’s able ist to set the same expectations for everyone, not taking into account circumstance and disabilities. It was clear I was viewed as a liability. Had I been under weight, they would never have suggested that I leave and come back when I’m ready. It’s dang erous to suggest someone not get help for an eating disorder, under weight or not. Of course, when I stuck around (because I was trying and I did care), I was threatened with residential or being kicked out. It makes no sense, no treatment or all the treatment (that not everyone can access.) It’s not a code of ethics, it’s a code of liabilities to insurance. After a hor rible expereience in residential, I was kicked out, and left with no support. There is nothing ethical about that. I really appreciated Alana and her compassion during our sessions. But towards the end, she broke my confidentiality, revealing I’m neurodivergent, to not only the PHP staff, but to the residential staff. She specifically told me she would only tell PHP staff, and hid her breach from me. She lied to insurance, telling them I agreed to go to residential when I did not. Then told me she didn’t want to talk about this when I said I didn’t want to go. Last I checked, this was my session. Alana was great in general, but she certainly overstepped. I recommend Shoreline compared to other treatment centers. The compassion from the staff was clear, the groups were helpful, etc. I recommend Shoreline PHP/IOP, but I also recommend advocating for yourself and your own needs, as this will be necessary.”

“I went for a full body massage, and it was great! My masseuse (I think her name was Linda, but I can't remember, I'm bad with names) expertly worked out kinks and knots in my back, and went deep tissue, which I needed. But not only was it therapeutic, she was very sensual in her technique, which added to my enjoyment. I've gotten many massages before, but this was the first one that I can't get out of my head! I was so relaxed and feeling great afterwards, I can't wait to go back. Also, it was very affordable, compared to other places I have gone. Definitely the most bang for your buck here. I highly recommend this spa.”

“Orange Sculpting is amazing! I have been getting my facials done here for a year, and I am impressed every time. I love going to Monika, she always does a great job with my facials and I always leave with my skin feeling so refreshed. Monika also recommends the best products for me, depending on my skin type and I have seen so much improvement! I recently bought the Orange Sculpting face scrub, and it has worked WONDERS. It makes my face feel soo soft. I use it once a week and have seen tremendous improvements to the red spots and pores on my face. Thank you Monika and Orange Sculpting!!!”

“I joined the gym a couple months ago to cross train and just maintain general balance for my half-marathon/marathon work. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. Signing up is easy. Scheduling classes is easy. Everyone is cordial and professional. The facility is the right size and other members are supportive, while maintaining their distance. I’m a smaller person (5’ 8” distance runner) and normally not a fan of the gym atmosphere. I’m not there to get big and have never felt self-conscious when workin out. Coaches and Trainers work with where you’re at and get you where you wanna be. Though I haven’t been by in a few weeks, this place is the cleanest gym/training center I’ve ever been in outside my own private alma mater. Their sterilization and sanitation processes are medical grade. It’s as safe of a place as you can possibly ask for in today’s world and well into future ones. This place is doing everything right.”
