We attempted to purchase back then and for one reason or another it didn’t work out. I maintained contact with Gary through out the years and promised when we were ready we’d go back to him. Here we are in our beautiful home now thanks to Gary and his guidence. When I say he is patient, I mean that! He answered all my questions every single one without hesitation and or frustration. He was extremely patient, at a one point we decided purchasing this past year might not be for us and even then he a continued to help us, went above and beyond and helped us explore the possibilities of a rental. The outside perimeter of the complex with the balcony facing away from the parking lots is fairly private and quiet. The buildings were all painted this year (2019) and the units are all remodeled. Staff is friendly and efficient. If you come in planning to lose most of your deposit, you won't be angry when you leave. We are very happy here. .”
