“The Spearman family runs this and the sister Clubs (Monarch Beach and Racquet Club Irvine) and deserves every one of the FIVE Stars. Through the entire pandemic they have been so mindful of their members. Keeping us active and happy in such a dismal time. They kept their facilities open as long as legally possible just to give us the benefit of being able to get exercise. Pools have remained open throughout. Juniors programs and summer Camps are well organized with lunch and swim time included. League opportunities a-plenty. Their reputation in the PacSun and Hill n Canyon leagues is unmatched in the region. Match arranging rocks thanks to Mina who doesn’t just throw you in a match-she places you with people in your skill level. Try Vitali’s liveball, it’s a crazy calorie burn and addictive. Staff is wonderful, like family. Grounds and courts are well maintained. Anita pours some generous drinks at the bar. And the new remodel will bring a new re-vamped fitness center.”

“Best Gym I have EVER been too! And I've been to and worked at a LOT. Couldn't ask for better owners they do such an amazing job with setting the tone of the gym and taking care of the community. I get lost pretty easily but I've never felt lost here. Everyone is so engaged and engaging. The coaches are awesome and so easy to talk to. They are paying attention and they care, They take their teaching skills and craft seriously. All of this trickles down to the members (community) "It starts from the top!" “I want to give a big thank you to my instructors Shawna and Judi - both of whom have introduced me to Pilates and I am now hooked. This is an excellent full body workout with modifications for any fitness level. I was a little intimated to start, took a 3 private session classes, and am now in the Level 1 classes, ready to move into All Levels soon. I am feeling stronger and more confident and am excited to have found the strength training paired with flexibility that I was looking for. “We've been coming to Optimus Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 4 years now and highly recommend this gym! It is a great place to make friends, get in shape, learn self defense, is always clean, and most importantly has amazing instructors teaching high level Jiu Jitsu. Professor Grant Collins is wonderful and we have learned so much from him. Coach JJ, Zach, Sabrina, Robbie and the others who are here are also amazing! “Haven't worked out since I was in the military some 40 years ago! What a huge mistake that was! I'm now over 100 lb overweight! But I've lost 40 lbs in the past month! I'm on the road to recovery! The staff here is great! The new general manager, Tiffany I met this morning apparently she's called Mighty mouse! She's a little one all right but I'm sure she packs a mean punch! But a real sweetheart and help me with an idea I had. If you're reading this I would highly encourage you to spend $30 a month on a membership here that's a regional membership by the way so you can go to any of the local 24 fitness centers! When you boil that down to the ridiculous it's only a dollar a day and you can go everyday that they're open! Where else can you get a membership for so little and it means so much! High praise for this little gym! Oh, and the people are great too! They're very friendly and I've already made a few friends!”

Both Katie and Megan have both provided me with exceptional service wisdom and guidance throughout my journey and not only my yoga lessons but throughout my personal life as well. If you are looking for a culture that provides more then any other basic experience then you and the mat is definitely the place to be. Value is not only in the form of a dollar amount. “I love this place! I've been going for over 3 weeks now and the workouts are amazing. I leave with all muscle groups exhausted and shaking and can feel the results for the rest of the day. This is such a great core workout and my body thanks me. I have been active all of my life, from doing triathalons to SUP, yoga, weights, cross fit, body pump and these workout are much kinder on my body than other weight bearing exercises. Because everything is done slowly, you have to focus on the muscle groups intended to work, instead of using momentum to get the job done. I highly recommend Pilates Plus! I can't wait for summer to show off my improved body!”
