“I came into this gym for the first time yesterday and was greeted by the sweetest , most friendly staff ! I came from planet fitness so I was slightly intimidated when I signed up online but coming in person , everyone made me feel so comfortable . I was told about the trainer and how there was a promo going on so I signed up and met with him today . Christian was absolutely amazing ! He did a body scan with a machine they have and we went over my goals and discussed dieting and exercise . He showed me some work outs to help me and had me do them . He was very patient and supportive . Christian made me feel safe and comfortable while also motivating me and I think that’s a huge deal when it comes to looking for a trainer . Christian taught me so much in a short time and the way he was very detailed with everything was truly amazing . I have looked up videos and still not been able to find info all together like the way that he taught me today . Highly recommend training with him ! “The Club at Natomas Park: Mid, but Gets the Job Done Overall, this club is decent, but it has significant room for improvement, particularly regarding class structure and gym comfort. The Good: The basics are covered. They have a good selection of weights, treadmills, and stair climbers. If you just need a place to lift or get your cardio in, it certainly gets the job done. Areas for Improvement: 1. Group Class Offerings (Beginner Focus): I wish there were more class offerings at the basic or introductory level. The few classes available are almost always full and don't seem set up to really accommodate new learners. This makes it tough for beginners to get started or for members who want to try something new. 2. Cramped Equipment: The weight and cardio areas feel tight. It seems like they have squeezed the machines as close as possible, and the gym wouldn't suffer from a little more space between equipment. 3. Comfort and Air Quality: The facility would greatly benefit from a few more fans and air fresheners. The air quality can sometimes feel stagnant, especially during busy times. Overall: It's a "mid" experience. It’s functional and provides the necessary equipment, but the lack of accessibility for beginner classes and the slightly cramped, stuffy environment keep it from being a top-tier option.”
