Went to a dental office before this one just a week before and they tried selling me on all kinds of recommended procedures that I needed to get done: Laser cleansing, 4 cavities, and a few others. They tried to fully take advantage of my health plan. Heather Ridge Dentistry was straight forward with me and told me what is urgent vs what I can get worked on later down the road. The Dentist was very friendly and did not make me squirm or be uneasy about anything. He was pain free, did a full cleanse and only one cavatiy that was not even urgent. Asked me if I wanted to get that done now or in a few months. I figured I would get it done now so I don’t have to worry about it later. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Will be back in a few weeks to get my teeth whitened.”

I didn’t know much about Rolfing then but sensed my body needed something more than massage or physical therapy.
