“The experience was amazing with this podiatry office. We were here for my son's ingrown toe nail removal. We were able to get the same week appointment on a Saturday. We were told the office opens on certain Saturdays to accommodate some of their patients. We saw Dr. Dahl. He is nice and friendly. My son was nervous to get his ingrown toe nail removed. Who doesn't right? But Dr. Dahl talked to him and made him less nervous and comfortable. The procedure was quick and the doctor explained every step of the way so my son knew exactly what was going on. We highly recommend this Dr. Dahl from this podiatry office. Parking is easy, the waiting room is clean, front staff is friendly.”

“I saw Regina Baldo NP today as a new patient, and I highly recommend her. She was very personable and fun to talk to. Also, she was very through with her exam and paid attention and answered to all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all, and I enjoyed the visit. At the end of the visit, they also gave me a detailed summary of what the visit covered, what I need to do next, etc. highly organized. I’m gonna recommend all my friends and family members to her! “If you only read one one line of this review, I recommend Pacific Foot and Ankle with complete confidence. The doctor/surgeon Dr. Dahl and my office point of contact Jasmine were the most genuine and caring people I have EVER delt with in the medical field. I was primarily under the care of Dr. Chase Dahl, with Jasmine assisting in records. Both of which were so fantastic that I had to stop myself from telling them "I love you" on multiple occasions lol. After getting a severe fracture of a metatarsal I did some research and found Pacific Foot and Ankle center. They are not local to me, quite far away honestly (and expensive with tolls) but it was completely worth it. The office is clean and modern. I was able to do the majority of my paperwork ahead of time, digitally. I didn't deal with a calling tree, and easily spoke to a human every time I called. When I did leave a message after calling during after-hours, I received a prompt call back. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I spoke to was kind and considerate. Wait times were quick and all staff was friendly. I am new to PPO's and asked quite a few questions that may be obvious for most people, but I always received a clear and easy to understand answer without every feeling like I was being spoken down to. I needed fairly urgent surgery to avoid complications, and the surgeons; Dr. Dahl and Dr. Peterson, as well as the records person, Jasmine worked hard to get me the soonest possible appointment. Communication was honest and transparent, and I felt like I was being given the complete picture and total honesty from the start. I never felt like I was being "upsold" on surgery I didn't need. The surgery was smooth and painless, and I felt well informed about the operation ahead of time. Post-op instructions were clear, and I was given clear contact information in the case of anything unusual or concerns. AT THE FAULT OF MY PHARMACY I encountered an issue with picking up medication post op. Dr. Dahl stayed in communication with me from the moment I let them know there was an issue, and worked hard to ensure that the issue was resolved. It was quite late at night, so I can only assume that he was working "off the clock" and taking from their personal time the ensure I wasn't suffering, truly going above and beyond. I am so grateful. I want to emphasize, these aren't only good doctors. They are good people. I spoke briefly with Brooke in financing and she was also kind, and helped me understand billing in a straightforward way. Every interaction I had at Pacific Foot and Ankle exceeded my expectations. If I ever need a podiatrist I will certainly return, and will recommend unconditionally. Dr. Dahl, Dr. Peterson, Jasmine, and the entire team. Thank you.”

“I had Lucky Sully Chimney Sweep come out to my rental to look at a gas fireplace that to my knowledge never worked. They had a repair person out quickly and I was very impressed with their response and notification of their ETA. The rental was in an old building and they told me that it would not be safe to repair and could pose a fire hazard. I appreciate their concern for our safety and their honesty, instead of trying to sell us something we did not need they did the honorable thing and for that I am grateful. I will definitely use them again for other properties.”

“Dr Scott Graham operated a osteotomy on my left knee nearly 4 years ago after sustaining a smashed patella after being hit by a drunk driver as a pedestrian. Walking after that tragic night was a pain at any distance. Upon getting an x-ray Dr. Scott Graham was quick to find the issues and operated on me shortly afterwards. The recovery of this surgery has been the least painful and most carefree of all my other 30 surgeries since that fatal night. I owe Dr. Scott Graham a great deal of gratitude as I know I can rely on his work every time I get up to go walk at any distance. I would never dream of walking the miles I have now due to my accident. And although I am severely disabled from that wreck, my knee is my most dependable source of freedom I have left. Dr Scott Graham without a doubt saved my life from an unmeasurable amount of pain 4 years on since that surgery. I wouldn’t know how I could ever thank him adequately for the luxury that his practice has afforded me as I move forward in my life and recovery.”
