“After doing much research on feather flags, I found the Inflateco website. I appreciated the information their site gave on how to buy a flag and how they are not all the same. I had many calls to the company and they were always friendly answering my questions and helping me decide which was the right product for my situation. I ended up ordering from them, and was very happy with the product, the customer service, and the timely delivery. That was last year. This week someone vandalized my flag. I went online to begin my search again (I couldn't remember who I had purchased it from originally). I discovered lesser quality flags for twice the price. I found flags that would take a lot longer for production. I found sites that were difficult to navigate in creating my custom flag. I found flags that were sold piecemeal (stand extra, custom extra, set up fee extra...) FINALLY, the light bulb went off in my head and I looked back in my email to find where I had originally purchased my flag. I'm so glad I did. When I called, I spoke with the owner of the company. He was very friendly and helpful. Reordering was simple and fast. I really appreciate the customer service and am looking forward to getting my new flags.”
