“This restaurant after my usual Thai place was closed. Don't judge a book by it's cover though since on the outside, this place is located in a very non-descript strip mall in Lake Forest. But the food was amazing! We got the chicken satay for my son, as appetizer, which is like a skewer is chicken and both kids really liked it. For main course we got Spicy Fried Rice (excellent), Chicken Pad Thai (excellent), and veggie chow mein (really good). Honestly, everything here was very fresh and flavorful. We'll definitely return to try some other dishes.”

“Small park kinda tucked away and not at all crowded when I was there. Plenty of seating with park benches scattered across the park. Water in the center is relatively clean for a park lake. No sign of ducks or geese so that is probably why. The park is actively trying to keep them away with anti-bird devices like blow up owl-like spheres hanging around. There's some bird houses in one corner and a little butterfly garden. Nice park to go have a quiet picnic or walk. No parking lot or structure but plenty of street parking. Park along ridge route for easiest entry.”

“During my travel to Asia year and half a go I caught some viruses. I had constant Diarrhea. When I came to US I was in ER for three days and was treated intravenously with Antibiotics. Due to heavy dose of Antibiotics good probiotics were also destroyed. I had seen Dr. Kevin Ashby year ago. I was given instructions on my diet. Year passed and I still have Diarrhea. I tried to contact many Gastroenterologist but no luck getting appointment for months. I was also told by one that I was suffering for 16 months why not wait for few more months? It dawned on me Dr. Kevin Ashby. I called his office and Ashley gave me instant appointment to see in two days. Amazing. Very kind and concerned. I saw Dr. Ashby he remembered my situation. Next day Dr. Ashby personally called me and he had been researching, talking to other doctors and informed me that I possibly have Tropical Spruc. I had tears my eyes that it was so kind of him to go out of his way just to help me from my sufferings. Lindsey called I also got appointment for Endoscopy in few days. I am so grateful. There are very few such Doctors who go out of their way for their Patients. He is Amazing, compassionate Doctor and all the staff at the office have the same attitude. I hope there were more such groups. Gratefully??”

“I tried the 6-week challenge, and I’m sure glad I did! I was already pretty lean, but managed to drop an additional 6% body fat. I’m down to about 13%, and the great workouts were key. The coaches constantly pushed and corrected me during the workouts so I wouldn’t get injured. The food plan was a bit generic, but overall...the program provided exactly what I was looking for. I put in the hard work and discipline, and the Crossfit Forest made it foolproof with their awesome program!”

“This is an excellent massage place. Helen, Vicky, and others working there have good training and experience. Of course, you need to tell them if any area needs special focus (for example, my legs on days when I drive four or five hours in southern California traffic). They are also good at finding the muscle knots. The rooms are clean and have good hooks for clothing and some nice decorations. This is not some fancy spa, but does not have the fancy spa prices.”

“I was at Juice It Up and girl there said Yogi's Grill next door had good beef bowls, so I went next door and ordered the beef veggie bowl. So simple and delicious. Waiting for my order I noticed most people were picking up orders and the girl at the counter was taking a lot of call in orders. It would be good to order ahead, but it only took maybe 10 or 15 min. for my order to be ready. Repeat, food was really delicious.”

“A Great experience! There was a nail in one of my two years tires. Last weekend, I found this place, and they have the Flat Repair service, importantly, the flat repairs are always free! That's really great for me, and for you, I think. They checked my flat tire first and then told me they would fix it free. Couples hours later, because they were busy that time, I received the call that the tire was fixed. All is good ! I give five stars!”
