They didn't have the part in stock, so they actually drove out to Garden Grove to look for the part at 7 o'clock at night. When no body had the part, John took the brake hose off HIS car and put it on my car! He truly went way above and way beyond to help me get back to Montana safely and on time for work. They won’t try to push sales on you, (I had those experiences in a couple of other shops) but not here! I got updated on the status of my vehicle a few times, the car was ready on time, cleaned and washed! My experience was for an out of pocket expense, not through an insurance.
