Dr. Pugach put me right at ease before and during my vasectomy, by the time we stopped talking the procedure was completed. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort, it has been 3 days since I had it done and I'm already walking around normal. “I was looking for a new gym, since my old one closed, and I gave Conde Koma a shot. E-mail communication was easy. I was able to set up a time and sign the waivers online. I ended up trying out a morning class. The mats are top notch (these are probably some of the nicest mats at any gym I've been to), the instructor was friendly, and the other students were very welcoming. After 1 trial class, I asked if I could try a 2nd class, and was told yes. There was no hard sell, no push to do anything, just general good vibes. Ultimately, I decided to go to a different gym based on personal preferences, but my experience with Conde Koma was excellent.”

“I love this gym. Been a member here for over a year now since I moved west. Love the entire staff except for today. Call this petty, but I appreciate greeting when you enter a gym. If not that, at the VERY minimum be attentive. Not stuck in your phone so deep that you literally make eye contact with someone, they make it a point to say “HI” and you barely open your mouth. You gen Z’er take your entitlement somewhere else. No need to been rude and not do your job because you having a day. Again, I felt bad writing this but I love this place and the people that work here I hold in high standards. Love to Angel, but this one hire, the little pale girl with the black hair maybe should be in a different position. Just my two cents. Thanks.”

“Excellent customer service and support. I had a gas log set that was at least 20 years old and needed replacement. Hansen's website helped me to understand some of my options, but once I took measurements and sent my information to Hansen, I felt confident in making a purchase. Their sales team made it very easy to know that I was selecting the right product for my application. What I ordered was in stock and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately, two of the gas log pieces that I ordered were damaged during shipping when the box was dropped by the shipper. I sent Hansen Wholesale a photo of the box and the damage and they immediately set up a warranty claim. It took a few weeks for the replacement parts to come in due to supply chain issues, but the parts did appear when Hansen said they would. The final result looks outstanding in my fireplace and I can tell that the materials are of high quality. I expect to be enjoying this set for a long time. I'm glad that I was able to find Hansen Wholesale and will absolutely consider using them again for ceiling fans, lighting, etc.”
