Great customer experience. Quickly applied the repair for the Polaris recall and I was able to take delivery within a week of Polaris announcing the fix. Also, the only dealership with this machine in stock! JT was very helpful and responsive to every question. Overall a great first impression and I will be a repeat customer.

Brionna was our service writer and I thought she did a great job keeping us informed about the progress of the repairs. We waited for the service to be done as we had traveled over an hour to the shop. She helped get us in and out pretty quickly. Didn’t try to up sell us on other service. Would have given a 5 star rating other than we were told 1-1 1/2 hours and it ended up being 2 1/2 hours and the tech could have cleaned the glue from old wheel weights off the rims.
